After a 3-year development process, our robotic sack-sewing and packaging line RAITECH BAGLINE is now running in real production.
The system automatically catches the full sack, shapes the opening, and feeds it into the sewing unit in a controlled manner — a fully unmanned line that sews and packages flour sacks at a capacity of 1,000 sacks per hour. Built on Fanuc robot and multi-servo motor technology, the system switches instantly between 25 kg and 50 kg sack formats, with no setup time.
This project is a concrete demonstration of RAITECH’s capacity to develop a machine end-to-end in-house — from mechanical design to robotic integration, from software to commissioning.
