Catches the Full Sack, Prepares the Opening, Sews Without Interruption.
Sack and bag sewing is one of the most labor-intensive and error-prone steps in a production line — manual sewing limits speed, produces inconsistent quality, and creates heavy dependence on labor.
After a 3-year development process, we found a concrete solution to this need: our RAITECH BAGLINE runs fully unmanned — it automatically catches the full sack, shapes the opening, and feeds it into the sewing unit in a controlled manner. Today, in real production, it sews and packages flour sacks at a capacity of 1,000 sacks per hour. Built on Fanuc robot and multi-servo motor technology, this system delivers a level of automation proven under real field conditions.
What RAITECH BAGLINE delivers:
- Fully automatic, unmanned operation — no operator intervention needed from catching the sack through sewing and packaging
- Automatic opening preparation — the robot automatically brings the full sack’s opening into sewing-ready form
- High capacity — processing speed of 1,000 sacks per hour
- Multi-weight support — works with both 25 kg and 50 kg sack formats
- Fast recipe changeover — instant switching between formats with no setup time
- Robotic precision — consistent quality every time, through Fanuc robot and multi-servo motor coordination
- Proven field performance — running on a real production line, with a real product
