Raitech changes and expands your perspective on automation with its new generation software solutions …
When building a new plant or a new machine in today’s economic conditions, we are all looking for the optimal solution to both adapt in the fast flow of time and make cost-effective investments while building a new plant or making a new machine production / R&D work. Since all processes from the beginning to the end of the project involve many components in terms of hardware, technical infrastructure and human labor, the integration of all points may not always be under the conditions we have planned. However, even though some of these components may get out of control at any time, SIMULATION MONITORING OF THE POSSIBILITIES OF THE SYSTEM TO BE BUILT offers us many advantages, such as faster, more accurate, clearer and more efficient control of the process.
During the software development process, during the commissioning of the machine/plant and in case of later need for technical support (remotely or on-site), all automation functions are tested in conjunction with the operating systems with simultaneous simulation, regardless of mechanics and hardware. Thanks to these tests, both mechanical damage is prevented and the possibility of incurring additional costs due to plant/machine downtime is eliminated. And since production continues uninterrupted, the damage caused by production downtime is also eliminated at the same time.
In addition, our simulation software provides an environment as if production were taking place under real conditions. This allows your technical staff to learn, understand and perceive the process and be trained on a virtual plant / machine for the programs to be executed.
